Powys Health Charity Launches 2026 Bach Grant Scheme
The scheme provides small grants of up to £300 for projects that make a positive difference to patients, NHS staff and local communities throughout North, Mid and South Powys.
Designed to support preventative, creative and community-focused initiatives, the Bach Grant Scheme aims to encourage ideas that enhance wellbeing, improve patient experience, support staff welfare, or strengthen community health.
Whether you’re planning a community activity, a wellbeing project for colleagues, or an initiative that improves care and support for patients, Powys Health Charity wants to hear from you.
Funding Details
All applications will be reviewed following the closing date, with successful projects expected to receive funding in October 2026.
