Cheryl Samuel to Run London Marathon 2026 for Powys Health Charity!
We’re thrilled to announce that Cheryl Samuel will be taking on the iconic London Marathon 2026 in aid of Powys Health Charity!
Cheryl has already hit the ground running with her training and is full of motivation after being inspired by this year’s marathon.
“I went for a quick run before watching this year’s marathon, it was so inspiring and gave me such a buzz! I even squeezed in a few coastal runs while I was away. Now I’m more motivated than ever to keep running!”

Over the past 10 weeks, our Powys Health Charity Team has had the pleasure of visiting every site across Powys as part of our 30th birthday celebrations.
A new sensory room has been opened at Ynys Y Plant, Children's centre in Newtown in memory of Sioned Harris who passed away last year.
We are delighted to say a huge congratulations to Cheryl, who completed the London Marathon in an incredible display of determination, commitment, and generosity.
