Powys Health Charity partnered with the ICJ in Powys programme (a collaboration between Macmillan, Powys County Council and Powys Teaching Health Board) to deliver support for residents of Powys who have been diagnosed with cancer.

A recent project is the purchase of quality assured books for our residents who are diagnosed with cancer, their carers, families and friends. These books are available at four main branch libraries across Powys and will be made available on request. This will include books about cancer itself and the experience of living with cancer.

Tim sadly died in June 2025 but was proud of the part he played in promoting the Books About Cancer.
